This Privacy Policy explains how BeyondScale ("we", "us") collects, uses and shares information when you visit beyondscaleco.com (the "Site") or submit an application to work with us.
Information you give us. When you complete our application we collect your name, business name, trade, city/state, email, phone number, website (optional) and your answers to the qualification questions (revenue range, budget range, timeline, decision-making role, current agency status and what you've tried). We also record the time you submitted, the consent text you agreed to, and the fact that you checked the consent box.
Information collected automatically. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookie-free and does not track you across sites. It records page views, referrer, browser and country in aggregate. If we run advertising, we may also use the Meta Pixel, which sets cookies and shares your activity on this Site with Meta; see section 5. We record the UTM tags and referrer of the link you arrived from.
Video and booking. Videos are served by Cloudflare Stream. Appointments are booked through Calendly, which collects the name, email and phone you enter and is governed by Calendly's privacy policy.
When you check the consent box on our application, you agree that we may call or text you at the number you provided, including with automated technology, about your application and related services. Consent is not a condition of buying anything. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also opt out by emailing support@beyondscaleco.com. We do not share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing.
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Site and our business — Cloudflare (hosting, storage, video, analytics), Calendly (scheduling), our email and phone providers — and as required by law. These providers may only use your information to provide services to us.
Cloudflare Web Analytics uses no cookies. If the Meta Pixel is active, Meta may set cookies and use your Site activity to show you ads and measure them. You can control ad personalization in your Facebook ad preferences and by using browser settings or extensions that block tracking.
We keep application records for as long as we have a business relationship or reasonable business need, typically no more than 3 years after your last contact with us, unless the law requires longer. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (section 8).
Application data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with Cloudflare in encrypted storage. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing support@beyondscaleco.com. Residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah and other states with privacy laws may have additional rights, including the right to know what we collect and the right to opt out of "sales" or "sharing" of personal information (we do not sell; if the Meta Pixel is active that may count as "sharing" under California law, and you can opt out as described in section 5). We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
The Site is for business owners and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
